The easiest way to fix that is to restore your computer to a state before the person visited that site. This seems to be an odd situation and I am the lottery would stand behind any error they made. Sorry to burst your balloon but PDQ is absolutely correct. You did not scratch off enough of the ticket. There are 5 community cards, not 3. You need to reveal all 5 of those cards and compare them to the hole cards. (He probably has a flush).
